3D Tilt Effects for ProShow GOLD
Compatible with ProShow Gold 5 and Higher
For widescreen shows only (show aspect ratio: 16x9)
Since the release of the 3D Tilt Effects for Producer, I've received many requests to create similar slide styles also for ProShow Gold.As there are huge differences between Gold and Producer, this was quite a challenge.
The effects included in this pack are:
- Carousel with Reflections - 4 styles
- Pinwheel with Reflections - 4 styles
- Pinwheel with Frames and Reflections - 4 styles
- Pinwheel Vertical - 4 styles
- Perspective Landscape Right - 1 style
- Perspective Landscape Left - 1 style
- Perspective Portraits - 1 style
- Perspective Title - 1 style (requires editing the caption in a graphic program, eg. Photoshop)
I'm sure that you are asking yourself: "Why 4 styles for just one effect? "
That's because ProShow Gold doesn't work with keyframes, like Producer.
In Gold, each layer (each image) has a starting position, and an ending position. There are no positions in the middle, and no stops. Just a beginning, and an end.
But, as you can see, the Tilt Effects require much more than that. If a picture needs to turn and to move 4 times, we need to overcome the limitations of Gold, by creating 4 slides. These 4 slides, together, and placed one after the other, will accomplish the same effect as in Producer.
Don't worry, your job is rather easy, and I have included a short tutorial that will guide you through your show.
Another matter that you need to consider is, that tilting effects need a lot of computer resources. If your computer and your graphic card are rather weak, the effects will look a bit blurred while you work on your show. But this will NOT affect in any way the final output. Your final video or DVD will look just fine.

Yes, but I really like the 3rd style and the style with the old couple which are not in the Producer pack

No. You will have to put them there by yourself.
In ProShow > Effects > Slide Styles > Add
Can this style be used in Producer? I really like the pin wheel style?

Styles for ProShow Gold are meant for GOLD and not for Producer. Look for the same styles offered for Producer.
